For Owner-Operators

AI that fits how your business actually works.

I help owner-operators and small teams put AI into the workflows that take too long, cost too much, or slip through the cracks. Most engagements wrap in about a week.

The promise

If I can't save you or make you at least 3× what I cost, this isn't the right fit.

I price based on the value the work creates for your business — not by the hour, not on a packaged retainer. Every project is scoped honestly up front so the return is clear before anything gets built.

How this starts

With a conversation, not a contract.

Most of my work begins the same way: a short call where I listen, you describe what's actually happening in your business, and we figure out together whether there's something worth building.

  1. 01

    A 15-minute discovery call

You tell me what's on your mind. I ask a few questions. We decide quickly whether this is a fit — and if it isn't, I'll say so.

  2. 02

    A working session

If there's real leverage to find, we dig in — looking at how the work gets done today and where AI can take weight off. Sometimes that's one clear build. Sometimes it's a map of several.

  3. 03

    A scoped proposal

You get a clear plan: what I'd build, how long, what it costs, and the return you should expect. If the scope is small, we just start. If it's bigger, we talk about how to sequence it.

Most engagements wrap in about a week. Pricing is value-based — if I can't save you or make you at least 3× what I cost, this isn't the right fit.

What this looks like in practice

The guarantee

I work with you until it works.

If the system I build doesn't deliver what we agreed on up front, I keep refining it. No additional cost. No time limit on the core functionality we scoped together. Thirty days of revisions on anything after that.

The only reason that's possible is because we scope the work honestly before it starts. Nothing gets built that I'm not confident I can land.
